School management for UP Board schools — priced like UP, not like a metro.

Over 52 lakh students sat the 2026 UPMSP exams — India's largest board, and most of its schools run on tight fee budgets, paper registers and one overworked office. Acadovia puts fees, attendance, the roster and the UDISE+ return in one app at ₹10 per student per month.

What should school management software do for a UP Board school?

For most UPMSP schools the daily pain is not exams — it is fee collection and paperwork. Fees arrive as cash, UPI to the school's QR code, and the occasional cheque; the register that reconciles them is handwritten; and every government ask — UDISE+, APAAR, scholarship verification — means re-typing the same student data under deadline. The right software takes exactly those jobs: one roster, one fee ledger across cash/UPI/cheque, and government files generated instead of re-typed.

Acadovia is built for that school. UP Board is a first-class option in your school profile, fee collection works with your own UPI QR code and UTR verification — no payment gateway, no commission — and the UDISE+ return comes out of the roster in the portal's format. It runs on everyday Android phones and ordinary school internet, because that is what your staff actually has.

What does Acadovia cover for a UPMSP school?

These come standard with every Acadovia school — there is no separate "UP Board module" to buy:

Acadovia prepares files; your office reviews and uploads them on the official portal. Neither UDISE+ nor the UPMSP portal offers a public API, so any "one-click submission" claim — from anyone — deserves scepticism.

The fee math for a UP school

Acadovia costs ₹10 per active student per month (ex-GST) after a free first month — every module included, no setup fee, no annual lock-in. A 400-student school pays ₹4,000 a month; a 150-student school pays ₹1,500. Compare that with the flat annual licences common in this market — published plans elsewhere start around ₹50,000 a year regardless of your strength — and with per-message WhatsApp charges that appear after signing. Our pricing page lays the comparison out with sources.

How do notices reach parents?

Honestly, since this is where ERP brochures overpromise: notices are delivered in-app — parents see them in the parent portal — and by email, which went live in July 2026 as an opt-in per user. WhatsApp and SMS delivery are on our roadmap and not live today. If a vendor tells you their WhatsApp notices are "included", ask to see the per-message cost in the contract — WhatsApp Business messaging is metered, and that cost lands somewhere.

Questions UP Board schools ask us

Is Acadovia approved by the UP Board (UPMSP)?
No — UPMSP recognises schools, not software, and it does not approve or certify management systems. Be wary of any vendor claiming a board approval. What you can verify instead: whether the software keeps a clean roster, prepares the UDISE+ return every recognised school files, and fits a UP school's fee budget.
Does Acadovia fill UPMSP portal forms (Class 9/11 registration, exam forms) automatically?
No, and nobody can honestly claim that — the UPMSP registration portal has no public API. What Acadovia does is keep one accurate roster with the fields the portal asks for, and export it as CSV anytime, so your office fills the portal from clean data instead of chasing paper registers.
Is Acadovia available in Hindi?
The app itself is in English today. Our support team works in Hindi and English — on email and during onboarding — and we help your office get set up in the language they are comfortable in. If a Hindi interface matters to your school, tell us; it genuinely shapes our roadmap.
What does it cost for a typical UP Board school?
₹10 per active student per month (ex-GST) after a free first month, with every module included and no setup fee. A 400-student school pays ₹4,000 a month — no flat annual floor of the ₹40,000–₹50,000 kind many vendors quote, and you can stop any month. Details on the pricing page.
