See Acadovia in 20 minutes.
A live walkthrough on a real demo school — attendance, fees, exams, payroll compliance and the parent portal. Then a free first month with no student limit to try it yourself. No card. No "talk to sales".
Updated 11 July 2026Is the free month actually free?
Yes, and here is precisely what that means, because "free trial" is one of the most abused phrases in school software. Your first month on Acadovia costs ₹0 with no student limit — a 1,500-student school pays the same nothing as a 150-student school. All 35 modules are unlocked, including payroll compliance and accounting, so you evaluate the real product rather than a crippled sample. You do not enter a card, which means there is nothing to auto-charge when the month ends.
After the free month, you decide: continue at ₹10 per active student per month (ex-GST) on the Standard plan, take a Custom flat-fee plan with fewer modules, or export your data as CSV and walk away. The only thing we ask for up front is your school's basic details to set up the tenant.
Free month vs paid — what changes?
| Free first month | After the free month | |
|---|---|---|
| Price | ₹0 | ₹10 per active student per month, or a Custom flat-fee plan |
| Student limit | None | None — pricing scales with your roster, access doesn't |
| Modules | All 35 unlocked | All 35 on Standard; your chosen subset on Custom |
| Card required | No | No — schools pay by invoice, so there is never an auto-charge |
| Support | In-app tickets + email | In-app tickets + email, same team |
| Data export | CSV, anytime | CSV, anytime |
What does the 20-minute demo cover?
Three short loops, one for each person whose day the software has to survive. The principal's morning: dashboard, today's attendance percentage, this month's collection, pending dues — the four numbers a school owner usually assembles from four people, on one screen. The accountant's month-end: the fee defaulter list, recording a UPI payment by UTR, a payroll run, and generating the EPF ECR and Form 16 files. The teacher's day: marking attendance on a phone, entering marks, and seeing the report card exactly as the parent will see it. Then we answer whatever you actually came to ask — usually about data migration, and we'd rather discuss that honestly than gloss it.
Who runs the demo, and who answers later?
The people who build the product — Acadovia is a small team, not a sales floor. That has an honest trade-off you should weigh: you will not get a dedicated account manager or a 24×7 phone line. You will get an in-app ticket inbox and email answered by people who can actually fix things, in English and Hindi. For a school choosing between a big vendor's ticket queue and a small vendor's direct line, we think the direct line wins — but that is your call to make, which is why the first month is free.
