What school ERPs in India actually publish.

Most vendors in this market don't put a price on their website. Here is what was published as of 11 July 2026 — with sources, so you can check us.

Checked on 11 July 2026 against each vendor's own pricing page. "No published pricing" means the vendor's site offers quotes or demos instead of numbers — it does not mean expensive, only that you can't verify it before a sales call. Prices belong to their owners and may change; follow the source links for the current figures.

Two honest footnotes. First: ₹5 / student / month works out to ₹60 / student / year — under many published per-student annual tiers. We aim to be the clearest price, not always the absolute cheapest on every quote; the difference is monthly billing with no flat annual floor, every module included, and a price you can verify before ever talking to us. Second: independent buyer's guides put typical Indian school ERP spend between ₹20,000 and ₹4,00,000 a year depending on school size (eduTinker, Dec 2025) — and warn that mobile apps, WhatsApp messages and renewals are where hidden costs land. Ask every vendor, including us, what is metered.

Common pricing questions.

Is the free trial really free? What's the catch?

It's actually free. No credit card, no auto-charge after the first month. You get every feature for your whole school — no student limit. After the trial, if you want to continue, you choose a plan. If not, your data exports cleanly and you walk away.

How is "active students" defined for the Standard plan?

An active student is one currently enrolled in a class for the billing month. Students who have left, are on leave, or aren't yet admitted don't count. Teachers, parents and admin staff are always free and unlimited.

Is GST extra?

Yes. ₹5 per student per month is the ex-GST price. We add 18% GST as per Indian regulations and issue a proper GST invoice you can claim against.

What does the Custom plan actually look like?

For schools that only want a few specific modules — say just attendance and notices — we'll quote a flat fee per month that's independent of student count. Common for very large school chains, very small schools, and trusts running multiple campuses on different stacks.

What if my school strength fluctuates?

We bill based on the highest active count in the month. If you onboard 200 students in June and 250 in July, you pay for 200 in June and 250 in July. No annual lock-in based on peak strength.

How does Acadovia compare with Fedena, Entab or Teachmint on price?

Of the big national vendors, only Fedena publishes plans — ₹50,000 to ₹1,00,000 + GST a year, flat — while Entab, Teachmint and Academia ERP sell by quote (checked against their own sites on 11 July 2026; sources in the table above). Acadovia is ₹5 per student per month, so a 300-student school pays ₹1,500 a month with every module included and no setup fee. Some regional vendors are cheaper in absolute terms — we list them in the table too, because you should compare honestly.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel any month with 30 days' notice. We help you export all your data as CSV and PDF before your account closes. No exit fee, no data hostage.
