How long does it take to switch from our current system or Excel sheets?
Most Indian schools are live on Acadovia in about a week. We help import your existing student and staff data so you don't have to clean spreadsheets. Your office team gets a friendly walkthrough, and most teachers pick it up in a single staff meeting.
Will it work on our team's phones and slow internet?
Yes. Acadovia is built to feel snappy on everyday Android phones and ordinary school internet. The whole app opens in any browser — no app install needed for parents or teachers.
Is our school's data really safe?
Yes. Your data is stored on Indian servers (AWS Mumbai), encrypted in transit and at rest, and backed up daily. Granular role-based access for principal, teacher, accountant and parent — enforced by the database. You can export a full copy of your data anytime.
What about UPI, cash and cheque payments?
All three, on one ledger. UPI through GPay, PhonePe, Paytm and bank UPI; cash and cheque entered by the office on the same screen. Receipts are generated on every payment, downloadable as PDF.
What if we want to switch later?
