What Acadovia is

Acadovia is cloud-based school ERP software for Indian schools, operated by the Acadovia team. It runs attendance, fee collection, student and staff records, notices and the other modules listed on the modules page, from any modern browser. Your school gets its own tenant: your data is yours, separated from every other school’s.

The price

• Your first month is free — no student limit, every module unlocked, no card required.
• After that, the Standard plan is ₹10 per active student per month, billed in rupees, ex-GST. Every module is included — there is no premium tier.
• Custom à la carte plans are agreed in writing with you before any billing starts.
• If we ever change the price, existing schools get at least 60 days’ written notice, and you can cancel before the change applies.

Cancel anytime

There is no lock-in and no cancellation fee. Tell us you’re leaving — one email to hello@acadovia.com is enough. We export your school’s complete data as CSV and PDF, deliver it to you, and then delete the active records within 30 days, exactly as described in our privacy policy.

Your school’s responsibilities

• Keep your logins safe and assign roles honestly — the principal’s access is not for the front desk.
• Enter data you have the right to enter. For student records, your school is the data fiduciary under the DPDP Act; Acadovia processes that data on your instructions (see the DPDP section of our privacy policy).
• Pay the monthly invoice on time once your free month ends. If an invoice stays unpaid well past its date, we’ll remind you before anything is restricted — we never delete your data over a missed payment.

Our responsibilities

• Keep the service running, secure and backed up daily on Indian servers (AWS Mumbai).
• Answer support questions from a real person, in English or Hindi, during school hours.
• Never sell your data, never train AI models on it, never share it with third parties for marketing.
• Mark modules as live only when they are actually ready — roadmap items are never sold as features.

Reasonable limits

We work hard to keep Acadovia available every school day, but no software is perfect. Acadovia is provided as-is; to the extent Indian law allows, our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees your school paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect losses (for example, a delayed fee reminder). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

Data and privacy

How we collect, store and delete data — including your rights under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — is covered in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

As the product and our legal paperwork mature, this page will be updated. The date at the top reflects the last update; material changes are notified to school admins inside the app before they take effect.
