What “first month free” actually means
“Free trial” is the most abused phrase in school software. Here is the version we are willing to put our name on — without a sales trapdoor.
What is included
- No student limit for the free month — your real strength, not a 50-student sandbox.
- Every module unlocked — attendance, fees, staff, exams, payroll tools, portals: the same catalogue paid schools get.
- No card required to start. We set up your tenant from a short form.
- Data import help for standard Excel rosters and fee structures, at no setup fee.
- Human support on email, phone and WhatsApp during school hours (English/Hindi).
What is not included (honest)
- WhatsApp/SMS bulk notice delivery — roadmap, not sold as live in the free month either.
- Gateway-style online payment links — live fee path is UPI QR + UTR, cash, cheque.
- Custom hardware biometrics integration projects.
- A promise that messy five-year Excel history imports perfectly without cleanup time from your office.
What happens on day 31
You choose: continue on Standard at ₹5 per active student per month (ex-GST), discuss a Custom flat plan, or export CSVs and leave. We do not hold data hostage. See pricing and terms.
Why we do it this way
School software demos on dummy data always look fine. A free month on your classes and fee heads is the only test that matters — for you and for us. If teachers will not mark attendance on their phones in week two, no brochure will fix that.
If a vendor needs your card “just to verify” for a free trial, ask why the trial is not free enough to stand without it.
